相手に何かを伝える時にどのように
自分の考えていることを整理しますか？
今回このサイトのテーマを「5W1H式」を使って
説明してみたいと思います。
5W1H（ご・だぶる・いち・えいち)とは
一番大事なことを先に持ってきて
文章や記事を書く時によく使われる方法のことです。
さて、早速使ってみましょう。
このサイトの目的はなんなのか。

なぜ
ネットで「日本語を勉強するための教材」は山ほどあります。
日本語の読み書きなどはこの時代では誰でも簡単に出来ると言っても過言ではないと思いますが、
「説明力」「スピーチ」「プレゼン｣を磨くための教材はなかなか見つかりません。
外国で日本語を勉強している皆様はこのスキルを養うチャンスはないと思って
このサイトを作りました。
私は「文章作成苦手」という意識がまだまだあって、
皆様と一緒に「説明上手」「文章作成上手」を目指したいと思います。
どのように
– スピーチやビデオ投稿
– 記事作成
– プレゼン作成
などなど
なんでもいい。
とにかく、日本語を実際に使ってアウトプットしてみてください。

What is Japanese Masters About? (translated non-translation of previous post)
Welcome Everyone to Japanese Masters
So what is this place for you ask?
First of all
1. You’ve studied japanese for a long time, but you don’t know
how to reach that next level.
2. You got no problems with normal conversations, but when
it comes to difficult expalantions, the gaikokujinness just
splurts out of you
3. You are sick of traditional study methods. You want something new, something exiting.
4. You’ve studied japanese, but want some new kind of stimulus. You can read books, magazines, news often,
but then what do you do with that info?
You are looking for a new way of outputting that info
in a fun and interesting way, in order to be able to reach that next level.
5. You think, “Damn i’m so cool at japanese” and i don’t know
how to control myself. (that hubris will kill you btw)
6. You want a space to be able to really practice
writing, and speaking and not just in a one on way daily
conversation manner, but in a way that will eventually become
an asset to you and help you work in japan.
You want to be able to keep your japanese friends
inmersed in your conversations in effective way
If any of the above ring a bell for you, then this is your
site.
If japanese is your second language(third or fourth for
you language freaks out there), then this is the place to be.
I see this as a very uncharted area of learning
so i’m here to create the path with you guys.
So, how should I USE my japanese to reach the next
leverl you say?
There is a very cool book by mister Mogi-Kenichirou
called
“How to Use your brain to work”
Here he talks about a concept that was
very inspiring for me.
“It’s called the brains input/output cycle”.
If you input something into your brain (AKA some type of info), you have to output that info in order to be able to get some kind of result.
If you’ve read a lot and keep saying to yourself
“why can’t i write like XX”…
well think of it this way
“do you learn karate by watching bruce lee kick butt”…
no.
you learn it by doing it, and practicing it.
Same concept applies here.
So how can i write awesome books like XX?
How can i kick butt like bruce lee?
Watching movies, reading books and all of that is fine,
but there comes a level when you read and read and read
and still your output doesn’t get better.
The key?
“Use what you learn”… in other words “Output” it.
Output and execution is important
“Wait, speech? I hate public speaking”, “I’m not good at
wraiteeng”, “this is stupid i’ll just keep doing my
SRS repetitions”.
Yeah i’m sure there are lots of people like this.
I’m sure lots of peoples speaking is not going to be
what they want at first
but we are all like this.
You eventually need to do it.
You’ll sound weird at first.
Especially us non-japanese natives.
But that doesn’t mean we aren’t gonna try right?
You all want to get better at what you currently do right?
So get your butt off that SRS-machine (for now),
grab a cam, recorder , or just open notepad and start
writing!
Share your speech and writings with the world,
get some feedback and improve it.
Even if it sounds weird at first, you too can eventually
write like “XX-san”…
Check out some of his books, see his writing styles
and if you copy it and fake it, you too will get there…

So how are we gonna work in this site?
Simple
Use the input output cycle by mogi-chan.
I’m still looking for ways of applying this but here
are the concepts i have in mind
– Use youtube to upload your speeches done by you
(output).
Our members (japanese and non-japanese) will analyze those videos, and people will comment on your speaking (input).
Based on this input your next output will improve (if you apply it of course).
– Pick a topic, any topic
Write a report (output), and
our group will help you improve that report
to make you sound better(input).
Wash ,rinse, repeat…
I’m still thinking of how to make this concept work, but
i’m looking forward to everybody’s comments.
Get ready for that next level.

● 日本語を長く勉強してこられたのですが、次のステップ・レベルにはなかなか行けないあなたをここで万全サポート致します。
● 一般的な会話なら問題はありませんが、高度の説明になると、どうしても外国人っぽく聞こえますと悩むあなたへ。(というか、外国人ですけど)
● 一般的な勉強はもう飽きました。新鮮で新しい勉強方法はないのでしょうかと思うあなたへ。
● 日本語を勉強してきましたが、新しい刺激がほしい、本とか普通に読みます。雑誌、ドラマ、ニュースは日常では読みますが、
これを面白く尚且つ非常に身に付くやり方で「アウトプット」がしたくて次のレベルを目指したいと思うあなたへ
● 【俺は日本語が凄すぎてもうどうしよう】と自惚れているが、自分よりすげぇやつ居へんか？と俺様的に考えているあなたへ。
● とにかくスピーチ、文章、一対一ではなくて「プレゼン」のような形で仕事に役立つような日本語を訓練して
もっと長く・喋れるようになりたい。
こういった考え・悩みを抱えてる外国人の皆様を応援するためにこのサイトを開催して、ホストとして応援させて頂きたいと思っております。

では、どのような形で頑張ればいいのでしょうか。
茂木健一の「脳を生かす仕事術」という本があります。
ここで非常に印象的だったのが「脳のインプットとアウトプットサイクルを回す」というコンセプトです。
脳に情報をインプットした後、その情報を何らかの形でアウトプットすれば
よりいい結果が出る、そしてインプットした情報が脳に吸収しやすくなります。
「本が沢山読んだのにあの○○さん」のように綺麗な文章がどうしても書けない！
なぜでしょうか？
あるいは、「空手の映画を沢山見ましたが、これで空手が出来るようになるのでしょうか」。
残念ですが、そうとは限りません。
では綺麗な文章がどうしたらかけるのでしょうか？
空手はどのようにしたらできるようになるのでしょうか？
映画を見たり、本を読んだりすることで確かに参考にはなるのですが、
結局秘訣は
「何かをやることです」。つまり「アウトプットすることです」
やることが大事です。
「ええ、スピーチは出来ないぃ！！」「文章苦手なんでぇす」「あれぇ、馬鹿じゃねぇの？」と思っている
方々はいなくないと思いますが、
最初は誰だって失敗します。
最初は誰だって不自然に聞こえます。
特に我々「日本語のネイティヴ」でない人ほど不自然に聞こえますが、
だからと言って、やめるわけにはいきませんよね？
もっと上手になりたいのですね？
なりたいんだけれでも、次のレベルはなんなん？と考えているけれでも、
一般的な勉強はもううんざりしてる方々は少なくないと思います。
楽しいスピーチ・文章を書いて、人と共有して、フィードバックをもらって頑張ってみませんか？
文章が最初不自然に聞こえても、「あのすきな○○さん」の文章を参照にしながら、
自分も頑張って練習すれば、いずれ綺麗な文章が書けるようになるでしょう。
「では、このサイトでどのように頑張ればいいのでしょうか」
それはインプット・アウトプットのサイクルを回せばいいわけです。
まだ決定的ではないのですが、以下のような
方法で皆様に頑張って頂きたいと思っています
●YouTubeを経て、様々な方々にビデオ投稿という形でスピーチを行う(アウトプット)。
そのスピーチを分析し、どのようなところを直せば・磨けば「より凄いスピーチになる」あるいは「自分のメッセージ」が世界に
自然に伝わるのか、創造的なフィードバックをインプットする
●好きなトピックについて
文章を書いて(アウトプット)、ネイティブ、高いレベルの日本語を持ってる方々に見てもらって、
フィードバック(インプット)を受けてより綺麗な文章にする。
アイディアは数多くあると思いますが、皆様からのコメントをお待ちしております。
私もテストでビデオを用意し、スピーチ・一人会話などを行おうと思っています。

Japanese Masters – High Level Communicators in the making
The site where all the high performing japanese speakers gather
to share ideas, videos, ways of thinking, mental attitudes to
surpass in order to reach a high level of language performance.
Here we will share methods, ways of thinking, books,
speak TONS of japanese and preferably done through video?
Motivate each other.
Subjects and topics include business in japan,
working with japanese people, learning about japanese stuff.
Beginners and intermediate level speaking people are certainly welcome,
but I encourage people who are really confident in particular
to gather.
Put your videos, let’s talk in japanese.
Motivate and show those out there that there is a
new level above them, and push them to go towards that level.
It doesn’t matter if you are in japan, or
away from japan, as long as you are aiming for that next level
